Blue Sky on October 15th Council Agenda
Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 10:20AM
Alderman Denise Rodd

City Council will hear the Blue Sky Residence proposal on its October 15th agenda at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. This is the second time Council will vote on the item (the first time being denied in July 2017) after changes were made to the proposal. New Conditions of Approval were added by the City since the September 17th meeting when the item was tabled by Council's request for more information:

4. A deed restriction shall be recorded against the subject property limiting the tenancy of the development to people 62 years and older.

5. The development on the subject property may only be used for multi-family residences and shall not be used as assisted living, congregate housing, a transitional treatment facility or any other permitted or conditional use in the zoning district, without first applying for an amendment to the PUD and any other zoning relief that may be required.

The packet for the meeting can be downloaded here. The section for this agenda item includes the addition of the full market analysis report and the Blue Sky performa detailing revenue, expenses and cash flow over the next 10 years.
